From to-do to done
How a booking works
- 01
Post your task
Describe the job in your own words, say whether it's in person or remote, and set a budget. Your street address stays private.
- 02
Compare offers
Taskers who cover your area, or work remotely, send offers. Read their profiles and reviews, and ask questions.
- 03
Accept and pay
Pay by card through Stripe. Your tasker sees your address only once payment is confirmed.
- 04
Confirm the work
When the job is done, confirm it. If something is wrong, raise an issue before the tasker is paid.
Fees, before you commit
Customers pay the offer price plus the displayed booking fee. Taskers pay a 15% service fee, plus applicable GST, when they're paid. Posting tasks and making offers is free.
